#1 & 2: Of course you have recognised WNr.3462, not 3469... and it's Lt. Wolfgang Ludewig 's Bf109E-1, on 10th May 1940. #3: check here too: http://www.me109.info/display.php?a=e&fid=5483 Concerning Bartels plane and other 11./JG27 Bf109G-6 including in these auctions: - place could be Kalamaki, but not 100% sure. - I think all individuals are pictured with Red 5 which has an interesting cowling... And it's not a G-6/trop. - Bartels plane is a G-6/Trop, definitely. Note there is no mention of G-/trop during this period in both M. Holm and M. Reimer sites... Regards, Franck. Franck, According to JFS Teil 2, I./JG76 lost eight 109 E-1 between 3/3/40 and 26/4/40 (50 days!). Percentages of wreck are from 6% to 100%. I think we can take off one in Luftkamp (21/4/40). A "gelben 13" is published page 440 of JFS Teil 2. May be it is the same a/c if it is really a yellow 13 in ebay and david Weiss' photos. bertrand

Any information on those G-6 with under-wing cannon?
Also the double bars? G6 of 11/JG27 during the summer of 1943, probably at Tanagra (Greece). IV/JG27 used the double bar as Gruppe identification until September 1943 that changed to the wavy line. Cheers
