William Raoul Daddo-Langlois
Another question quite typical of me :-) : Does anyone know Raoul Daddo-Langlois's date of birth? In 'Aces High' there is only his date of death. :-(

Re: William Raoul Daddo-Langlois
Hello,
Have not looked at vol 1 but vol 2 has amendment. Daddo-Langlois William Raoul RAF Nos 1164369 (NCO); 100625 (Officer) The service number 36426 listed in Aces High related to his father, Gp Capt W.J. Daddo-Langlois. Raoul was 21 when killed. Not a date but would fix the year of birth. I tried the www and found a William R, in Brentford, Middlesex 1922. There were also additions to the claims list. 1942 6 Jun (a) Spitfire Vc BR107 "C-22" 4 Jul " BR107 "B" 11 Jul " BR565 "U" (a) 152a Squadriglia 2 Gruppo Aut CT lost four pilots during this combat. Re: William Raoul Daddo-Langlois
The CWGC website gives his age at the time of his death as 21. So that would in fact make 1922 his year of birth.
