Re: NVLM KG 100 crew

This was shot down attacking shipping during the invasion of southern France on 15 Aug 44. The crew are still missing and as a result, one of the few who might have an NVM is Ulf Balke; WASt no longer release such things due to Data Protection/GDPR

Re: NVLM KG 100 crew

OK Chris

So is this one thus 326429?

Balke's KG 100 book is tricky to read since it has one part with crew losses (date order) and a totally different one with aircraft losses (on top in WNr order)

He has very few six digit WNr losses, but actually one listed as 6457 which then could be 326457.

What do you think?

Cheers
Stig

Re: NVLM KG 100 crew

Here what I could find,

M-1 6xxx +7229xx +7223xx
M-11 7229xx+7230xx+7233xx
M-0 1241/1243 , prob. more

3264xx is probably to be included on the 60xx/61xx/62xx/64xx
like those beg. by 561xx nd 560xx

For the date concerned data given are like that, or at least I interprete them like that !
All losses reported in St Raphael area

K-3 4733 6N+GT
M-11 6429 6N+AS
M-1 7429 6N+ER
Damaged K-3 4532

...
