Original IWM capition to that photo suggests it was taken during the final evacuation from France. If that statement is correct L2045 was the only SD-A during the Battle of France.
There is a photo of 145 Sqn aircraft taken by airman of that unit on page 310 in the The Battle of France Then and Now for comparison

PS I assume different photo than before but same aircraft but at least proves taken in France

From the angle the photograph was taken, it should be possible to distinguish between the metal and fabric wings by the space between the centre-section/outer panel interface and the gunbay, there being one wing rib bay different. Sadly I don't recall which way it goes.

Alain on RAFCommands confirms that the Photo on the front of this thread is the same one that is referenced below

The photo from Hurricane SO-A from 145 sqdn who crashlanded at Alveringem Belgium on 27 may 1940 comes out the book " Mei 1940 Belgium " by Peter Taghon ISBN 9789020988628 published by www.lannoo.com in 2010

A good remainder that I should not bet (repeated, not here, 100 times)

Indeed 145 Sq had an awful day loosing six Hurricanes in the Calais area on the 27th.
