Ofw. Keck KIA 24.11.42 (Tunis)

Hello to all,

Can anyone provide me with the loss details regarding the death of Ofw. Keck who was killed in action over Tunis on the 24.11.1942? I know from my own research that Keck served with 1./(F)123 at Buc near Paris in early 1942 but dont know if and when he was transferred?
Any help with aircraft and crew members would be greatly appreciated.

Kind regards,

Melvin

Melvin,

may not be of much help but Kington and Selinger in "Wekusta" have the following:-

"..on the 24th, for instance, another Ju 88D-1 (W. Nr.430269), was damaged by a fighter attack. Ofw Keck (Met B) was killed but the pilot managed to fly his aircraft back to Trapani."
