Looking for pilots name and crashsite
Today we would like to ask about information on a Messerschmitt Me Bf 109 G-4 - Werk-Nr. 14 767 - Marking GD + UK. The aircraft crashed 16. September 1944.

Hello,
on 1 July 1943 the Messerschmitt AG Augsburg had edited the "Übersichtsliste der Änderungs-Anweisungen Bf 109". According to this document the WNF built Bf 109 WNr. 14767 was a G-2 series aircraft. Regards Leo |

Who knows about the cause of Crash and are there photos available of the aircraft and maybe the Pilot. Any Information about this unit. Nothing much in the Internet.

thank you for your information. Looking through the Gen.Qu. loss returns of 1943 I have found in addition Bf 109 G-4 losses and damages of the WNr. 14765, 14770, 14774, 14776 and 14778. Regards Leo |
