Accident Mosquito B.Mk.25 KB398 and KB563

Hello,
Does anyone know more about what happened to the Mosquito B.Mk.25 KB398 and KB563?
In http://www.airhistory.org.uk/dh/_DH98% 20prodn% 20list.txt, it is stated:
KB398 B25 Lost in transit
KB563 B25 Crashed before delivery
Does anyone know more?
Any details about Would be very appreciated.

"There is also an obscure reference to the loss of 'Mos KB 563'
with two civilians, A. Copp and J.E. Rogers, sometime in December 1944.
RCAF casualties, DHist 90/19 35"

Not sure if related, but there was a death notice of (a) Arthur Copp in a Barrie (Ont.) newspaper in early Jan. 1945. Date of death recorded as 21 Dec 1944 and place North York, now part of Toronto.

de Havilland was located at Downsview airport, North York.
