Unknown airplane wheel
Hi,
I was told it is a German airplane main undercarriage wheel. Could it be true? What type of airplane could it come from? Thanks in advance for any help. |

Re: Unknown airplane wheel
It's rusted, so it's probably steel. Actual "wheels" would be made from aluminum or magnesium.
I guess it could be a steel liner for some type of brake assembly? |
