RAF (?) Crash 29 Oct 1943 - Al Qatn, E.A.P. (Yemen)

I refer to Item 2021 of the Eastern Aden Protectorate Intelligence Summaries No. 50 for October 1943 (page 415), which can be viewed here:
https://www.qdl.qa/en/archive/81055/...17980.0x000010

Text points to an unspecified crash at Al Qatn (now Yemen) on 29 October 1943. RAF likely.
Named F/O Costegan in reality F/O G.H. Costigan, who was attached to RAF HQ Middle East?

Any leads welcome, thanks.

Regards,
Leendert
