Schultz was aboard the same plane that was carrying the Kommandierender General of Luftgaukdo. B/NF:

The headquarters of Feldluftgaukdo. B-N/F remained in Brussels until August 1944.
22 Jun 40: the first commanding general, Gen.Maj. Fritz Löb, was killed in an accident at Brussels-Evere airfield this date.

Perhaps someone has the details of this crash. The aircraft probably belonged to Flugbereitschaft Feldluftgaukommando Belgien-Nordfrankreich.

A little bit problematic question. According to NVM the following persons were involved in a crash:
1940-06-22, Stab Lg.Kdo.Belgien/Nordfr., Fl.Pl. Brüssel-Evere, Absturz nach Zusammenstoß in der Luft. Bruch ? %.
Fw Augustin, Wilhelm, tot
Olt Kurmeyer, Werner, tot
Hpt.Flugführ. Lorenz, Anton, tot
Oberflugf. Lorenz, Heinz, tot
Flugkapitän Luft, Hans, verletzt
Gen.Major Löb, Fritz, tot
Major Prümm, Carl, tot
Schade, Ernst, tot
Ogfr Schumann, Willi, tot
Hptm von Lange, Kurt, verletzt
Hptm von Schultz, Hellmuth, tot
The NVM gives no info on the aircraft.

Ju 52/3m would be the most probable, but I have no suitable loss on that day. Also I have no other "Zusammenstoß" on that day either. Could it be a Lufthansa aircraft?

Very definitely Lufthansa. That's why it doesn't show up in the Gen.Qu.(6.Abt.) Verlustmeldungen.

Does'nt have to be a Lufthansa, as the GQM for Schulen und andere Verbände first starts in august 1940.

The crew has Lufthansa ranks, Jörn. They weren't stewardesses.
