The correct spelling is "Weimar-Nohra" not Mohra! (Nohra is an suburban at the City of Weimar)

At 10. May 1940 the Erg./AGr. Weimar-Nohra used about 80 Fieseler Fi 156 for the Commandos Hedderich and Niwi.

Commando Hedderich flow with about 40 Fi 156 from Trier-Euren with men from "Großdeutschland" (Elite-Divison) to land in the early morning at positions in the Grand Dutchy of Luxembourg near the french border to support the german forces invaded France.

Hello Matti,

The losses you mentioned (i am ware of them) belonged to the Ergänzungs-Fernaufklärungsgruppe
with the following Kommanders:

Kdr. Erg. Aufkl.Gr.
? – 18.11.42 Major d.R. Hans-Günther von Obernitz,
16.12.43 – 15.01.44 Obstlt. Hans-Günther von Obernitz,
16.01.44 – 27.12.44 Obstlt. Gerhard Kopper

Larrys link shows an Ergänzungs-Nahaufklärungsgruppe with differend Kommanders:

Obstlt Wolfgang Wehl, 10.4.42 - 26.4.42
Maj Hans Haack, 27.4.42 - 17.6.42
Oberst Günther Menzel, 18.6.42 - 21.4.43
Hptm Otto-Heinrich Lang, 22.4.43 - 7.6.44

I think Ergänzungs-Aufklärungsgruppe Weimar-Nohra was a different unit then Ergänzungs-Fernaufklärungsgruppe.

Remi, you are right, step by step we are geting a little wiser

Erg.FAGr. had on 1 March 1943:
35 Ju 88, 2 Do 17, 2 Do 215 and 1 Fi 156
Erg.NAGr. had on 1 March 1943:
23 Hs 126, 19 FW 189, 10 Bf 110, 6 Fi 156 and 4 Do 17
Also, Erg.FAGr. was located at Fl.Pl. Weimar-Nohra and Erg.NAGr. at Fl.Pl. Bromberg.
Therefore, based on the attached extract in your first message, only Erg.FAGr. is possible. This unit has been called sometimes also Erg.AGr.Posen (Fl.Pl. Posen was its location after Weimar-Nohra).
