K REPORT 472/1941

Does anyone have a full copy of this report dated 28 Sep 41 which concerns the loss of two aircraft of 2./606? I appear to be missing page 5 which covers some information on the captured Kriegsberichter, Sd Fhr Hans-Werner Kelch
