- Coded "54" of an unknown unit
- Ferried from Amsterdam/Schipol to Farnborough on 17-Nov-45
- Crashed at Sonning, north of Reading on 30-Nov-1945
- Pilot F/Lt.D.B.Baker killed
- Cause of crash thought to have been a failure of the hydraulic motor of the propeller pitch control which allowed the engine to overspeed. The pilot had not previously flown Luftwaffe types and was possibly unfamiliar with other controls that could have over-ridden the unit. This crash, along with others, resulted in severe restrictions being placed on flying ex-Luftwaffe types.
