None of the elements of JG 54 was in Italy in 1944; the II. Gruppe of JG 51 was pulled out in the middle of March;
4./JG 2 made an appearance from late February to early April.
By the summer of 1944 you only had I./JG 4, Stab and III./JG 53 and Stab, I. and II./JG 77 remaining. All of them were gone by the first week in September.
I could be proved wrong but I don't think you would find colours 81 and 82 on a single German Bf 109 G-6 serving in Italy because they all left before those colours came into general use. Later, Bf 109 G-14, G-10 and K-4 supplied to the Aeronautica Nazionale Repubblicana did use those paints however.
