Thank you Larry I had not realised there were 4 discrete organisations within the Luftwaffe medical set up. Do you know if each had a flying component?

Norbert, the chap in my last two images (Source: http://www.audiovis.nac.gov.pl) is carrying one the medical apparatus an x-ray plate you mentioned but explains it is in a centrifugal force machine at 5.5g. In Helmut Erfurt's other work on the Ju 87 Black Cross Volume 5 Page 42 he notes the designation of these aircraft as Ju 87A-2 med. He also mentions the Ju 87 tests were carried out at the Junkers works at Dessau.
