There was a lot of action around Viterbo that Spring. It's extremely unlikely to have been an ANR machine if it was that far south.
One possible number is the Bf 109 G-6 of Uffz. Erich Erbe, 8./JG 53, W.Nr. 161707, black 4. He died when he was
shot down near Orvieto, on 6 April 1944 however.
