It is probably safe to say that Woitke was awarded the EK1 particularly if you have photographic evidence that supports it. The website site you noted is trully a work in progress and Jeff, the author of that site, is always eager to find/add information to his going list and daunting task of compiling EK1 recipinets from all branches of the Wehrmacht.
