Carlos,
It is probably safe to say that Woitke was awarded the EK1 particularly if you have photographic evidence that supports it. The website site you noted is trully a work in progress and Jeff, the author of that site, is always eager to find/add information to his going list and daunting task of compiling EK1 recipinets from all branches of the Wehrmacht. If you send him on the information re Woitke, he will give you full credit for finding this information. Cheers Jeremy
