I'm inclined to agree that this is probably an overall RLM02 colour scheme. However, if you're looking for something a little more eye-catching, the attached can be found at
http://wp.scn.ru/, under World War II 'Others' category. Select 'Arado Ar96' from the list on the left side and you'll be shown a nationalitly list of all the Ar96 users, and on the right side, click on the page number to access the individual colour plates.
