Seppo Porvali is a chapter of its own. However, you should check out the roster of Jatkosodan historiaīs editorial staff. Well know "heavy hitters" like Ohto Manninen wrote in it.
Jukka Raunio is a diploma engineer (DI). And he did not study history for a single second.
And your comment on Mannerheim Cross winner Halsti is not even worth responding as you obviously donīt understand. Suffice it to say that Halsti received honorary doctorate from Helsinki University in 1976.
