Seppo Porvali is a chapter of its own. However, you should check out the roster of Jatkosodan historia´s editorial staff. Well know "heavy hitters" like Ohto Manninen wrote in it.
Jukka Raunio is a diploma engineer (DI). And he did not study history for a single second. And your comment on Mannerheim Cross winner Halsti is not even worth responding as you obviously don´t understand. Suffice it to say that Halsti received honorary doctorate from Helsinki University in 1976.
