Wealden Aviation Archaeology Group
Does anyone know what happened to this group? I'm trying to trace members who were involved in the excavation of Hurricane L1725 in Northumberland.
The aircraft crashed on 5th December 1939 whilst operating from Acklington. The pilot, 564104 Sgt John Arbuthnot baled out safely. I have reports that suggest that the Wealden Aviation Archaeology Group excavated the site in 1978. Many thanks,
