Raid on Plymouth 16.11.1943
Hallo,
I've got a feldpostletter from Obltn Waldemar Ludwig who writes that Klaus Dicke was missed after a raid on Plymouth. He writes that they left from Vannes (Bretagne) at 04.00 on 16.11.1943. He stated that the attack was succesfull and that Plymouth was burning. He didn't seen that the aircraft of Klaus Dicke was shot down. Can someone tell me what kind of aircraft Klaus Dicke was flying and whether he was shot down? The feldpostnumber on the letter is L 39760 (Lgpa Bentheim-Amsterdam). To which unit belongs this number? Thanks
