PR Mk I Spitfires

Gentlemen,

I'm trying to track down a decent photo of one of the following PR Spitfires:
X4383, X4385, X4493 or X4712.

If anyone can give me any useful pointers it would be greatly appreciated.

TIA

Dave W.

Hi

Know it is not exactly what you are after, but there is a photo of X4492 in Coastal Command losses vol.1.

Cheers Nick

Re: PR Mk I Spitfires

Hi Dave,

I've a bit vague picture of X4712 just after its bellylanding at Texel on 9th April 1941. I thought it was converted to a PR.IV by then.

What's your interest in this particular aircraft?

Regards,
Hans Nauta
