Unit emblem - 3.(F)/Ob.d.L
Hi, folks...
Can any of you help me, please...? Attached below are two offerings of the unit emblem of 3.(F)/Ob.d.L. The one on the left is the often seen view, shown on the left side of the forward fuselage. However, I am modelling a Do.215 but the transfers I have for the model show the emblem reversed for the right side, as per the badge on the right shown below. Can anyone confirm whether or not the badge was actually displayed in its 'reversed' form on the right side of the fuselage, with the two birds facing towards the tail, instead of the nose...?
