Knife of an airman?
Hi All,
found this part of a knife in the area of the cockpit where a B-17 crashed. Any idea if this knife belonged to an airman? Is it military? is it american product? Thanks in advance Rolfeb |

Re: Knife of an airman?
This knife serves to cut parachute's ropes and so. Moreover it had a float handle. Indeed this is a usual item for allied airmen.

Re: Knife of an airman?
Hi Guys, Attached pics of RAF dinghy survival knife, would have had a cork handle. Do you know which Boeing B-17 your knife came from?
