Identity of pilot and script translation anyone?

Hi Guys, Have had this image in my Stuka files for quite some time, was wondering if anyone can identify the pilot seated in his Ju 87 and of course translate the script which is written around the photo.

the translated script: Oberst Walter Hagen! He went with me through all thick and little thin from 1942 to the end of the war in 1945. "It was awful!" "But the worst is, that mankind has nothing learned out of it! Nothing at all!" "Say always no! Always!"

It seems a different script.
