B-25 Desert Warrior
An RCAF press release dated 8 October 1943 stated that Pilot Officer Anthony Martin (RCAF) had flown 53 sorties with the American crew of Desert Warrior and never fired a shot. The PR release also credited Martin with 53 sorties, Consulting the web for Desert Warrior entries, I find mention of others in the crew who took part in the destruction of two or three enemy aircraft, and credit that aircraft with 73 sorties. I would appreciate further information about the operational history of this machine, particularly as to the extent it may throw light on the career of Martin.
