B-17 Gauge suction gauge ?

Good Morning

This is a gauge from a early raider of the Reich F-type wich came down in June 43.
Does anybody know what type of gauge it is.
In Roger Freeman,s book B17-History there is a drawning of pilot instrumentsview ,but it,s very small .
To me it seems a suction gauge ,anybody a idea and what was the function of this gauge ?

Any answering will be much appreciated.
