I suspect that the book isn't availalbe here in the states. Mine is on order, but V2 doesn't show on the US distributor's website.

I have had this on order from Amazon since December, 2004. It was supposed to be shipped March, 28th, but that has now been pushed back again. New date is May 30th. No reason given, just continued delays.

I have got my copy of vol. II in the first week of March in my book-shop in Rome.
I don't know the connection between the shop and the editor. I hope for all that the book will arrive very soon. Francesco M Lentini
