Squadron number of Wellington LP574, lost 22-23 November 1944?
Dear all,
For the NJWD 2nd ed. research I am looking for the Squadron number of Wellington LP574. During the 22-23 November 1944 Szombately raid, it was shot down by a night fighter ca. 21.00 hrs, exploding in mid-air over Kuriaputza, 1 km SE of Pordefolde. Cheers and thanks for any details, Theo

205 BG Wellington Mk. X. LP574 'U' crashed at Hungary, Pördefölde, Kúriapuszta (farm) from 37th Sq. See the plane's A.M. 78 form (service card).
