Hello,
I would like to work on the Typhoon Mk.1b MN192 crash of June 2, 1944 I have the Flypast article from 1984. Could you provide me with some information about the plane, the pilot and his family ? Thanks in advance Yours sincerely, François

He had flown previously with 609 Sqn

I have a photo of him in a group taken in October 1943 with 609 Sqn

Francois. See p. 462 here, from Chris Shores "Aces High" book; he was born in Harrow, Middlesex and previously in the RASC.

Thank you for the information in the book.
The Flypast article of September 1984 relates the mission of the rocket attack on the Dieppe (Caude Cote) radar installation.
