Lancaster PB-258 crashsite
On 12/08/1944 Lancaster III PB-258 from No 101 Sqdn was lost on an ops to Braunschweig
F/O Atyeo G.M. RCAF (POW) Sgt Keeling C.T. (POW) 1579149 L7-596 Sgt Lovatt J.W. (POW) 1583191 P/O Patterson B.L RCAF (POW) Sgt Andrews J.F. RCAF (KIA) Sgt Schwarz H.H. (KIA) F/S Pearce C.F.R. RAAF (POW) Sgt Balchin D.H. RCAF (POW) Those who were killed were buried at the Heverlee war cemetry in Belgium , where did this aircraft came down ? |
