This time II.STG2 crash off Tobruk, reported by german radio, no clue on it ..., any ???

This Gruppe lost 5 a/c on 15 July 1941 to fighters, then suffered no further losses until 30 October 1941 when it lost one a/c. Your 22 August reference would appear to be in error.

I doubt that you could be be so affirmativ, interesting to confirm if STG2 hv that day "engagement" norm yes 21 planes against Tobruk..
