KG 2 loss on 10/8 1942

On 10/8-42 KG 2 lost Do 217E-4 w/n 4242 coded U5+TK and its crew. Uffz Hans-Ulrich rests in Lemvig cemetery in Denmark.
What Staffel was it from ? Where was it operating from and on what operation was it lost ?
