Decimomannu,Sardinia
Gentlemen,
On May 19th,1943,Eleven Bf-109s had defended an important air depot at Decimomannu,Sardina. There opponents were P-40Fs of the 325th Fighter Squadron. What was the fighter unit that was fighting the 325th? The 325th lost two P-40s. Its opponent lost five Bf-109s. From the book "Checkertail Clan",page 19. Sincerely, Edward L. Hsiao
