Airresupply is on a distinguished road
Down on the return...

On dec 23rd, 1944, several aircarft of IX Pathfinders went down after the dropping of the goods favor 101AB in Bastogne

Of the 42 C-47 involved, only 3 returned undammaged !

But 4 crashed (all in Belgium)...

43-47963 in Bastogne

43-15322 in Mellier

43-80056 close to Marvie

43-47972 in Assenois

... and 5 crash landed ont the far shore...

43-15161

43-15678

42-93683

42-93799

42-93099

Any idea of the location for each of the five ?
