1/Lt.Robert E.Babbit 30 November 1943
I looking for more info on 1st Lt Robert E.Babbit. He was lost on the 30 November 1943 with P47D Thunderbolt 42-22516 (352FG/486 Sqdn)over Goirle(The Netherlands). Recently we found the crashsite and found debris. Would like to get in touch with his relatives in the U.S. I still don't know where he and his family came from. Many Thanks for your help

![]() Many Thanks Leendert. I get in touch now with the city council of Trenton, New Jersey and I hope that the can help me to find the relatives of Babbit. May I ask what your source was to find the place where he was came from??

Many Thanks guys for the relevant info on Robert E Babbit. I am in touch with the historical soc. of Trenton see what they can do to track down Babbit''s relatives. Keep you informed anyway.
