Personel losses of LW's units on 22.06.1941

I wonder , when can I find amount of personel losses of Luftwaffe units during first day of Barbarossa. The material losses are known, but about personal losses I have two different figures:

133 KIA pand MIA and plus WIA
or 113 KIA&MIA, 66 WIA plus a few POW (later killed)

Maybe is a third one?

Regards
