Having trouble with this record, can anyone help?

Can anyone help me with this record. I an not sure what 3 GTF/GTS is, my first thought was glider Training Squadron/flight, but were there any Glider training schools in March 1941? Geoff was a Wellington pilot and it would appear he only lasted a week in this unit before he was KiA!
