Lost/Damaged german fighter 23-8-1944
Hi all,
This will be a hard one, on 23-8 -1944 a german single fighter gas made a emergency-landing in Sellingen [northern part Holland ,near the german border of Rutenbrock] .The bruch is probably < 60% .Pilot OK On that day there where no 8th AF missions . Has anybody any clue of ID of this bird ? ,maybe losses in Dr Prien ? The Stab/JG11 wAS BASED IN Oldenburg ,known losses JG-11 on 23-8-1944 ? There is a report of the LBD.
