NVM Redactions?
Over the years I have seen many NVM's, some with very large amount of redaction, who did this, when, and why?

It used to happen when you ordered a copy from the Deutsche Dienststelle. They'd photocopy the original then, on the copy, blank out details of injuries suffered with a marker pen.
