Question I need "swiss report" for

the ME 262 W.nr.500071 white 3 when Hans Mutke landed in Dubendorf in 25 april 1945,this report,i know ,is printed in the vol.4 of the Smith & Creek me 262 serie's,any have the copy of this report can take me via mail or other,please.
any help is appreacied,thank's in advance,

Hi Max,

The English translation reads:

Report regarding an emergency landing made by a
German fighter aircraft Me 262, 3 + I, Nr. 500071
in Dubendorf on 25.4.45, 0846.
______________________________________________

Details of Landing:
The aircraft came directly from a Northerly direction anf flew over the airfield at a height of approximately 80 metres. It pulled up in a left handed curve and flew around the airfield in a South-West North-West direction before making a low level approach for landing.

Reason for Emergency Landing:
The Pilot of the aircraft gave the reason for landing as shortage of fuel.

Condition of Aircraft:
The aircraft gives the impression of not having been in service very long.

Aircraft type:
Single seat fighter - Messerschmitt Me 262 (reliable information is not available) with Jumo-rear-thrusting units, a so called jet engine.
Construction:all metal
Wings and fuselage covered in sheets of Aluminium (Al-Cu-Mg) alloy plate.
(Flight material 3116.5).

Markings:
Low wing monoplane with 2 rear thrusting engines
Wings severely swept back.
Triangular fin and rudder with a high mounted tailplane..
Fuselage has a triangular section and is faired towards a rounded the nose, [sic] with a wide faired-in centre section over the wings.
Engines are fixed under the wings protruding in front and the rear.
Tricycle undercarriage.

Paintwork: Matt finish thinly applied paint. Upper surfaces moss green with olive green patches/ light blue underneath.
Codes: Both sides of the fuselage: 3 + I painted in white. On the rear fuselage are painted a blue and red band 0.9m wide. On the fin the number 500071 with a Swastika on both sides in black. On the wing upper surface a small + in white and on the underside a black +

Measurements:
Wingspan 12.49 m Weight 6548 kg
Length 10.63 m Wing area 19.5 m [should be m2]
Height 3.60 m

Engines:
2 rear thrusting engines
Make Jumo 109-004.
Right: Unit number 100301 0859
Left: Unit number 102301 0047
