"Narrative Mission Report" for 205 Group RAF???

HI all

I am wondering whether 205 Group RAF while assigned under command of 15.USAAF in Italy had the office duties equal to US units. I am interested to know whether they filled in something similar like Narrative Mission Report? Or where (name of the document, archive) one can find similar info as it is in NMR for 205 Group RAF operations?
Thanks for directions and help

Re: "Narrative Mission Report" for 205 Group RAF???

A quick search of the National Archives online catalogue will show many possibilities. The appendices to the Operations Record Books of the Group are probably your best chance. I found narratives of operations in AIR25/827 "ORB Appendices Group 205, May–June 1944" for example.

I was only looking for one week in June 1944, so I did not explore further. What I found is attached (in two pieces to get around the upload restrictions).

There is also useful material in the ORBs of the individual Wings and Squadrons of the Group; also the MASAF Intelligence & Operations Summaries in AIR23/8288 & 8289.
