Bombing Raids, 26.5.40
Gentlemen:Concerning 26.5.40, Is anyone aware of any other bombing raids, RAF or French, in the area of Recogne/ Ochamps/ Neaufchateau, other than the raid flown by the battles of 103,142, and 150 Sqn. against a German HQ in Chateau Roumount? Trying if possible, to sort out the action that resulted in several losses to I/ZG2, flying out of Neaufchateau. I recognize that these losses were due to accidents, but they occurred at the time of,or after a bombing raid.I know that the raid involving the Battles encountered Bf110's, but that all. Any help would be most welcome. Cheers Dean
