Above served with 2(H)/14 , becoming St Kap 29 Mar 43. He was awarded Pokal, DKiG and when his Staffel was redesignated 1/NAGr 11, was awarded RK. He transferred to I/SKG 10 in Jan 44 only to be killed in an accident in Mar 44. Does anyone have any extra information on him?

01.44 trf to and may have served as a Staffelkapitän in I./SKG 10.
†17.03.44 Hptm., in Fw 190 during a post-repairs test flight over Tours/France.
