Fl. 32 621 is a durchfurungsflansch from Siemens app. There were 3 versions Fl. 32 621-1, Fl. 32 621-2, and Fl. 32 621-3. A part for the electric system

do not know that i'm afraid. But seeing it was up-graded a few times it could have been a common component.
