Unknown Manufacture Stamp

Hey guys...

I am trying to ID an early 3-bladed prop hub. It is the Hamilton Standard Type...which was also used by the British, Germans, Japanese, and Italians.

The top nut appears to be 22mm...which leans towards British...

Any thoughts on this Inspection Stamp to confirm?
