Ju 87 A/c badge

Hi Guys.
A photo of a JU 87B found near El Adem.
It has 3 and 4th code FL with 'F' appearing in Yellow and black 'L'
Unit codes not visible.
Next to the cockpit is a badge that I have not seen. Does anybody have any info on this. Looks like a personal badge.
