Can you be more specific what you are looking for? Fhr. Rudolf Münzer was recovered and buried on Gemeindefriedhof Kutzleben bei Kölleda on 19.9.1944.

Hello John,

thanks for your reply.

Doing research on this crash. Can not find any information about Fhr Münzer. Is he still buried on the cemetery. Is known, where his aircraft crashed exactly?

Re: Fhr Rudolf Münzer - 6./JG 27

11.9.1944, Bf 109G-14/AS, WNr. 780697, gelbe 1, 6./JG 27
Fhr. Rudolf Münzer, born 01.04.1924, KIA
EM 68416/621
Crashed Kutzleben near Kölleda.
Buried 19.9.1944 at Gemeindefriedhof Kutzleben.

That is all I know. Grave maybe still there, could be that relatives brought him to a private grave near their hometown after the war. Maybe graves at either place do no longer exist. Several possibilities. VDK might be able to help.
